In September of 1988, my husband and I made a visit to Mariposa. While here we visited the annual Peddler's Faire in Oakhurst. Three weeks later we moved and have called Oakhurst our home ever since! We love the pace of life here, the spirit of community, the opportunity. My husband transplanted his business to Oakhurst, we built our home in Oakhurst and we were fortunate enough to start our family here as well. Needless to say, Oakhurst is our home for years to come! I bring to the LandSmith® Team a background in insurance and escrow as well as experience as a legal secretary. Nicolas Teasley
Moved to the mountains in 8th grade. Attended Yosemite high school. Went to Fresno State graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Began to practice Real Estate in 2005, Came on as sole agent of LandSmith® in 2006 to sell Quail Ridge Estates. From selling Quail Ridge I developed the construction knowledge to go with my sales background and began to sell Custom Homes to people with their own land. Now I am ready to serve you.
