Thanks you for your generous offer to allow my sister and me an opportunity to see the Carolina Lane house as you remodel it. My parents were the original owners. We moved in in March 1951, and my sister and I called it home until we each graduated from college. My parents remained until 1981 when they retired to Mariposa. I have many fond memories growing up there - our family routines, friends over to play and events we celebrated there.
I want to pass on compliments paid to you from those involved with the sale of the house. Rick Dalton of Dalton Realty repeatedly commented on how pleasant his dealings with you were and how cooperative you were when arranging to inspect the home.
